Owner console · dispatch simulator

Practice a caller. Watch the right crew get routed.

Capture a fake call below. Crewchime runs it through the same skill-and-zone matcher the live agent uses on every inbound line, and books the best-fit tech against the queue. Submit the default leak-in-zone-3 case to see the matcher prefer the leak specialist over the zone-matched HVAC tech.

Submit the form on the left. Crewchime captures the caller, runs the matcher, and shows you the assigned technician plus the reason this crew won the slot.

Tip: leak + zone 3 routes to the leak specialist, not the zone-matched HVAC tech.
